Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall is brand new shopping center in Melaka. It commenced business in July 2007, with the opening of Phase 1 of the shopping center. Later on Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall Phase 2 project was open to public in 2009. In February 2008, Carrefour was opened as their anchor tenant, later on June 2008 Golden Screen Cinemascommenced business. It has its very own food court that is the Food Corner at the Phase 1. There are many fashion and high rise fashion flagship here like MNG, Factory Outlet Store,Padini Concept Store, Brands Outlet, Levi Strauss & Co. and many more. Sport equipment like shoes, jersey also available here at the Al-Ikhsan, Adidas, Nike shops.
There is a praying place for Muslims (surau) in Dataran Pahlawan situated next to a Nasi Kandar restaurant. There is two amusement park in this shopping center. Karaoke center Dreambox KTV is located at the 4th floor of Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall Phase 2. There is a fully air-conditioned double-storey bridge link to the Hatten Square located in adjacent to the shopping center.
